1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and exchange rates.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Production begins only after order confirmation and deposit payment.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Payment methods: T/T, PayPal, Western Union.

4. Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and production schedule. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will meet the agreed specifications. If products do not match specifications, we will remake or replace at our cost.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are quoted separately and are the responsibility of the buyer. We can arrange shipping via your preferred method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
